i'm planning to have another blog. specially for reviews on theatre and films. wanygraphy will still be my main blog, though.

recently, i am indescribably busy with my assignments. producing a magazine programme called 24/7, editing a tv commercial (brylcreem) and an experimental video (thank you for smoking). tu belum lagi assignment lain yang berlambaknya entah bila nak habis. lecturer pun bagi keje sebanyak-banyaknya, macam kita amik subjek dia je. final year feels so different compared to other semesters. everything is more stressing and tiring. expectations are higher too.

i'm broke. got two ringgit in my pocket. ezry's broke too. both of us got no credit. both us eat once a day. i take the bus. he got his car.. tapi aircond rosak. personally, i don't mind. i mean, things like this.. i just take it positively. make the best of what i have.. (and i still have a lot). but i realize ezry gets a little bit grumpy and moody when he's in the middle of an economy crisis. but i'm here. high or low, i'm here. and next month is going to be our 1st official anniversary.. (actually kalau nak kira balik dah nak dekat 2 tahun). right now i'm giving him lessons on anger management and handling stress. cause whatever it is, he's gonna let it out on me!

i love ezry. there's no doubt about it. i know when he's too busy being all grumpy about his not-so-big problems, he tend to forget that i'm still here, for him. i know he doesn't think of me as much as i think of him. but like i said, i love him. and most people that i love can't see that. including him.

this is a shame. but even as a film student, i have to admit that SOMETIMES (not all the time ah), i do support pirated stuff. however, lately, i trust the vcds no more. yalah, it used to be rm5 a piece. but after the serbuan besar-besaran seluruh negara, it rised up to rm6. ok, itu takpe lagi. but then, the bad picture. (fine, it's pirate. what do i expect?) but still! nowadays, out of 10 pirated vcds that i bought, i'd say 7 of 'em are sucks. nooo. not sucks as in "gambar tak lawa." itu biasalah beb. but sucks as in "mata aku sakiiiiit!!" seriously. the quality of pirated vcds are reaching it's doom-day. (i can't believe i'm writing about this) but thank god! for the dvd technology.. and thank god again! u can now buy 3 dvds for rm10 at sungei wang. plus, the picture is beauuutifuuuull! what a discovery!! (kenapalah selama ni aku lembab sangat tak dengar cakap kawan-kawan??)

i am NOT going to buy pirated vcds again.

anyway, i do have my own 'policy'. i'll never buy pirated stuff on our local films. hahahah. i'm proud for sticking to that. hey, but i do have a lot of original stuff in my room. tak percaya? u can find me at speedy or music valley, standing and choosing for HOURS. (i hate it when the salesgirl is staring at me, though. macamlah aku takde duit nak beli). one thing i like about these original stores is the international films, the classics, the i've-never-heard-before movies.. u can't buy those from ah leong, can u?
